COVID-19, believed to have originated from bats of a market in Wuhan, China. Now a global pandemic and it is here to stay, at least for awhile.
Amidst the chaos, we must try to live with it as it finds a place in our day to day and be calm until this storm passes. With Malaysia on lockdown, my own panic set in, especially as a mother with children overseas in countries that have rapidly rising COVID-19 cases. What are we to do but stay calm and ensure our loved ones are safe?
In times like these, I turn to my essential oils to help with anxiety. One very effective and easy way to use essential oils is with a personal inhaler*.
Make a blend with the following essential oils:
3 drops Sweet Orange (Uplifting & Immune Boosting)
3 drops Spike Lavender (Relaxing & Expectorant)
3 drops Tea Tree (Anti-viral & Antibacterial)
3 drops Eucalyptus Radiata (Stimulating & Expectorant)
2 drops Lime or Lemon (Detoxifying & Immune Boosting)
1 drop Bergamot (Calming & Antiseptic)
Drop into the cotton wick that comes with the personal inhaler and inhale as often as needed to feel invigorated, uplifted and also to clear congestion when you have a cold or flu.
*Personal inhalers can be purchased at www.nilasingapore.com or at our retail outlet located at 1 Scotts Rd, #03-25 Shaw Centre. Alternatively, a personal inhaler will be given upon request with purchase of any Nila Singapore essential oils.
