HAPPY NEW YEAR! This post was scheduled for posting last week but we were busy with the renovation of our new office cum warehouse! It has been a busy time for all of us at Nila! I will update about our new office in another post.
As we start on a brand new year, its time for reflection, release and renewal! Resolution – to eat healthy, exercise regularly and lose some weight along the way.
Essential oils that can help us in this aspect :
- Blend basil, peppermint, rosemary and lime with sweet almond and massaged clockwise around the belly to help stimulate digestion and prevent constipation.
- Nila Anti Cellulite blend – an invigorating blend of lime, sweet orange, lavender, siberian pine and ylang ylang that will help to stimulate blood circulation, recharge the lymphatic drainage system and balance water retention for firmer, healthier and well tone skin – add a few drops to unscented massage oil or cream.
- Eucalyptus, peppermint, rosemary, basil and tea tree stimulate the body and encourage more energy for exercise. Diffuse a combination of these oils to stimulate the senses and blood circulation.
My 2016 resolutions? To stay healthy and to lose weight, to get back to my yoga seriously and to continue my aroma and yoga journey and sharing with one and all my experiences!
